The ideology behind the name
At first, it might seem that there's nothing special in the name of the winery. It doesn't even sound impressive or pompous. However, if you get acquainted with the talented team of winemakers and listen to the history of how they are united for vines cultivating and wine production, you will understand the reasons.
SORT specializes in making varietal wines. They are typically made from a single grape variety. The matter of taste is totally subjective but certain people consider that blending different grape varieties together doesn't increase the quality of the product and ruins all the effort of winemakers.

Relatively small territory of 26 hectares in total allows cultivating 4 grape varieties in one place. The winery itself where the production takes place is located here as well.
